UK Customers (including Channel Islands) - All orders default to our Royal Mail First Class postal service at £3.95, a further option exists for guaranteed next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery at £8.50. Guaranteed next day for Saturday Delivery is £9.50.
EU Customers - All orders will be charged postage at £11.99 and will be sent via Royal Mail using the most practical method for that particular order (in some cases this may mean two or more parcels being sent to satisfy the order at no extra cost to the customer).
International orders customers will be charged £17.99 and will be send via Royal Mail using the most practical method for that particular order (in some cases this may mean two or more parcels being sent to satisfy the order at no extra cost to the customer).
Likeys are renowned for our speedy service: We aim to dispatch all orders received during the week before 3:00pm on the same day of ordering. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
At Likeys we offer a no quibble, 21 day easy returns/exchange policy. If you aren't happy with your purchase just return the item(s) to us at the address below.
The item(s) must be returned in an unused and resalable condition with all their tags attached and in the same packaging (undamaged) in which they were sold, we do realise that some damage to shoe boxes may occur in transit, please do not deface the box in any way by taping or writing on the box directly.
The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs of unwanted or exchanged item(s), please ensure you have sufficient postal insurance to cover the value of the item(s) you are returning. If incorrect or faulty item(s) has been sent by us we will refund all reasonable return postage costs.
